Shipping policy

  • Delivery Timelines

    • Karachi: 24–48 working hours

    • Major Cities: 3 to 5 working days

    • Other Cities: 5–7 working days

    • Far Areas (e.g., Maymar, Steel Town): Orders are dispatched via TCS

    • Delivery delays caused by courier services are beyond our direct control

    Digital Products

    • Digital codes are delivered within 10–30 minutes during office hours

    Urgent Delivery

    • Overnight or urgent delivery is available with additional advance payment

    Cash on Delivery (COD)

    • As per government regulations, COD orders outside Karachi are subject to a 4% additional tax

    • To avoid this charge, advance payment is preferred

    • Our team will contact customers before dispatch

    • Customized orders require advance payment

    Responsibility & Delays

    • We are responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during delivery

    • In case of damage or missing items, customers must inform us on the same day of delivery

    • Delivery costs for damaged or lost shipments will be covered by us

    • If an order is delayed due to stock unavailability or internal issues, we will inform and coordinate with the customer

    • Delays caused by courier companies are not our responsibility, but we will assist in coordination
